Application for Vendors/Booths

July 29^th thru August 2^nd, 2019

Application Deadline – July 27, 2019

Vendor/Booth Fee - $125.00 must be paid before or first day of Convention (Monday). Vendor Fee paid in advance is for Monday – Friday. Fees includes one table, two chairs. Additional tables will be $25.00.

Method of Payment – Money Order, Cash or Cashier’s Check only. Payable to:

SET UP – Vendor may begin setting up at 9:00 a.m. on Monday – Booths can be open from 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Electricity: Booths may use no more than two (2) electrical appliances. You must provide your own Heavy Duty Extension Cords.

Guidelines For all Booths (please check with Mildred Dorsey Bell)

Booth assignments are at the Vendor Committee’s discretion and may not be moved without permission.
Vendors may not conduct raffles or games of chance on property.
Vendors may share booths
No sound equipment permitted

Trash Cans will be placed in the vendor area

Liability against Loss or Injury: The Wolverine State Baptist Convention will not be responsible for any losses, claims, liabilities, expenses or costs, including attorney fees arising from damage or injury to persons or property, including death, occurring in connection with conditions or activities on or around the facility.
